Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is well-known herb, and this the classic variety so commonly found in tea blends. A very easy to grow that's not picky about soil and nutrient requirements; it makes a beautiful addition to any garden. Harvest the blossoms by hand or invest in a chamomile rake to make larger harvests more feasible. The foliage can also be used in tea. This plant also makes a lovely, pollinator-attracting plant in the garden. Chamomile readily reseeds once the plants have finished flowering. Plant it once and will come up in the same spot year after year.
